Menthol is an organic plant extract sourced from peppermint leaves, and has long been used to alleviate congestion and soothe irritated airways. Eucalyptus essential oil is known to relieve congestion as well as control coughing . Chamomile helps to calm the mind so that you can get a good night’s sleep. Peppermint and spearmint are naturally antibacterial. Rosemary is highly antiseptic, great at opening the airways and easing congestion. Eucalyptus is fabulous for chest congestion, cough and stuffy nose . Clove is highly antiseptic. Cinnamon is also a great decongestant.
Ingredients: Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid. Australian Kaolin Clay Menthol Crystal, Peppermint Leaves, Spearmint Leaves , Rosemary, Eucalyptus, Chamomile, Cloves, Cinnamon and Eucalyptus Essential oil.
How to Use: Cleanse your face first. pour 4-6 cups of boiling water into a large bowl and add one tablet. Cover the head with a towel and position your face over the bowl, using the towel to hold the steam. With your eyes closed. and face 8-10 inches away from the hot water breath in the herbal goodness for 10 minutes. Be careful when you handle hot water as the water will be very hot.
Not recommended for pregnant women or lactating mothers and children. Persons with medical conditions should consult the doctor to see whether this product is suitable for them. If irritation occurs, please discontinue the use of the product. Patch test is recommended. External use only.
